do hard things

Does the feeling of being uncomfortable make you sick to your stomach? Does it give you a headache? Do you often back out of doing ____ because of the outcome you are predicting?

You know they say stress is what causes facial wrinkles. Well, I’ve got worry lines all over mine that I can’t get back. Since 2015 when I found out I had a golf ball size knot in my throat, I’ve been pushed to do things that are hard and uncomfortable to me for the sake of my health.

For years it’s been about physical health (thyroid, skin issues, etc.) and then one day in July of 2019 I was hit with a very harsh reality. I needed to focus on my mental health for the sake of my relationships, my marriage, my ability to parent with a clear and unclouded mind, and so I could effectively run a business that I will be proud of.

Do Hard Things.

I know these words will mean something different for each of us, but I know there is a similarity between all of us- no one enjoys being uncomfortable. When we step up and challenge ourselves to do something hard, odds are it may cause us to be uncomfortable. And if you see a friend doing something out of their comfort zone or working up the courage to, stand with them and call their bravery into play. Support one another.

You may have seen our email or Instagram posts, but I’m going to share it again here. These two styles are completely new. We have been working hard to design these sweatshirts to fit and be the absolute best, and hot dang, I think we have achieved it!

The Raglan is a more feminine cut with a tighter neckline and the Side Slit is a couple of inches longer with 2” slits on the side. We are loving the new cuff and necklines of each of the styles. These are made in the USA with 100% cotton. They are soft, will wash wonderfully and WILL NOT shrink.

As mentioned in our product description, we have been able to work harder at getting the price down on these sweatshirts. These two new styles are $39.50 and last year’s styles were $45.
