What's your power? \\ challenge
It's easy to lose ourselves to the to-do lists, jobs, and people we care for each day. In time, our self-appreciation gets clogged and becomes a breeding ground for negative self-talk and insecurity.
As a form of self-care this week, make a list of at least 5 things you love about yourself that stand out to you. This challenge can be really difficult for some of us. Don't feel selfish about what you love, and if you need help getting started, ask a trusted friend or spouse to help you along.
