Feb 28 Have Courage to Do The Dang Thing

Our February collection is here and we are so excited to share it with you! It is super easy to fall into a headspace that tells you things are impossible but we hope these designs serve as reminders that you always have courage to do the dang thing!

DO The Dang thing: Behind the design

We know, we know. It sounds a lot like “do hard things” but let me explain why we chose this new phrase for the shop. 1.) It has a fun ring to it. Humor makes “doing the work” and the task at hand more enjoyable + fun. 2.) Do you find yourself putting things off? Do you procrastinate just so you don’t have to get off the struggle bus because avoiding is sometimes easier than dealing with the work on your plate? Ama riiiiiight?! I’ve been there. So often all we need is a small nudge (or push) to focus time to get off the bus. So, here we are - do the dang thing. It means you can. You are capable. Go get em’. Just do it. (I like that one too but it’s unfortunately taken.)

Courage: Behind the design

Courage is going from failure to failure without losing enthusiasm. Do we want to go from failure to failure? Of course not. How do you not loose enthusiasm? Speaking from what I know - it’s seeing a future that’s so vivid and being willing to fight for it. The biggest battle is getting lost in the day-to-day operations and stress of small uncontrollable things that are happening.

We know courage is looking different for many of us these days. Some of you are dealing with things that are far out of you and your families control and we want to encourage you to have courage through the really hard times. As long as you have the courage to keep moving even when you feel as though the world has stopped, you will make it through anything this world throws your way.
